L960 Ovenaser Activated Automatic Tray Lubrication Systems

Standard Components Include:

  • NEMA 4X Stainless Steel Enclosure

  • Reservoir with Level Gauge and Low Level Switch
  • IEC IP67 Rated External Electronics
  • XACT Patented Nozzle Brackets and Hardware

Fluid delivery to each nozzle is accurately controlled by a pneumatically controlled piston pump. This pump design uses positive displacement to ensure the same amount of fluid is pumped each time. Each pump is adjustable via a mechanical adjustment stem.

A three-way solenoid valve is used to activate the fluid delivery and allow the piston to return for each activation cycle.

The pump internal wear elements are located within the fluid passages such that the pump is self-lubricating and can run without failure for up to 300 million cycles.

Using our experience and engineering from the original Sniper Series we were able to configure a NEW solution specific to Tray Oven Lubrication. The design advantages provided by our system allows us to put almost any "liquid". The system can easily dispense the 220 viscosity grade of the specified Pyro-Kote.

Knowing that the Pyro-Kote has a successful track record in conditions similar to tray ovens, we were enthusiastic about converting graphite lubricated oven chains over to full synthetic lubrication.

XACT offers grease lubrication in a complete turnkey package or optional modular system for integration into existing process equipment. Innovation, flexible, reliable packages that can deliver NLGI 2 grade grease at temperatures of 35° up to 20 feet through 1/4" OD conduit.

Systems are designed with mechanically adjustable pump volumes for each individual lube point. Simple timer or programmable controls activate the lube cycle. Frequency control allows for more lube cycles with less lubricants. This leads to more precise lubrication and longer equipment life.
