Sniper Precision Chain Lubrication

Using our experience and engineering from the original Sniper Series we were able to configure a NEW solution specific to Tray Oven Lubrication. The design advantages provided by our system allows us to put almost any "liquid". The system can easily dispense the 220 viscosity grade of the specified Pyro-Kote.

Enclosed Track
Enclosed track chain utilized in paint and powder as well as other aggressive environments benefits greatly from proper lubrication. XACT has created solutions that are both lubrication and cleaning systems to assist with extended chain life. We machine an 18" section of track and include pre and post stainless wiper brushes to remove debris from the chain. The chain is lubricated, and the lubricant is brushed evenly over all surfaces to ensure reduced corrosion and no dripping. |

Forming Chain Oiler Air Spray Systems
Automatic spry lubrication of forming chain pin/bushing points as well as link/link interaction points. Precision internal mix nozzles dispense a consistent stream of lubricant film along the axis of wear points. Inductive proximity sensor detects chain links via roller detection. System logic includes low level sensing from remote drum level sensor. |

Looper Lubrication Systems
JAX Magna-Kote MLD fluid has proven a useful lubricant in Looper System Lubrication. Due to the aggressive nature of this environment, proper lubrication is imperative to extended chain life. The combination of JAX fluid and the XACT dispensing system is designed to ensure accurate lubrication for a turnkey system. Brackets and sensors have been specifically designed to bolt into place and survive years of use in this environment. The system components such as electronics and pumps are guarded from harm within a stainless steel enclosure to ensure proper function and long life . |

Trolley Wash Cabinet
Auto Oiling Systems
Trolley and hook assemblies traditionally are washed and lubricated by maintenance staff manually after each production shift to alleviate the labor associated with this process and free up maintenance resources for other tasks, XACT has developed a multi-zone wash cabinet and lubrication system.

Drum Dryer
Trunnion lubrication under Drum Dryers is traditionally done with a very tacky grease lubricant. Due to the nature of the grease, when over lubrication or sling occurs the clean-up becomes quite time consuming and unpleasant.
XACT and JAX have come up with an oil lubrication process and dispensing equipment to not only assist with the cleanliness of the entire process, but to improve overall lubrication shown by reduced amperage draws, reduce trunnion and ring temperatures, and overall lubricant consumption and material costs. |
